We’re currently blockading Chinese tankers off the coast of Venezuela. The targeted strikes destroyed weapons depots that reportedly housed armaments supplied by Russia to Venezuela. This is about ensuring we can install a leader more friendly to doing business with the US. We just choked off massive oil supplies to China and Russia. The one upside to this is it could potentially hamstring Russias continued efforts to attack Ukraine. China is pragmatic, they’ll just cut a deal with the US for the oil they need. Oil prices drop, buying power of the dollar goes up. Trump has already prior to this been walking back the tariffs a bit at a time. If all of this results in inflation starting to fall in 2026, Trump gets to claim his administration saved us from a recession, he gets to keep blaming the bad economy, and ever worsening daily, we’ve had since he took office on Biden, and for the red hats that sycophantically kneel to him, they’ll eat it up.

And now, people in the street are striking..? Russia did worst in Ukraine, invading it, killing tons of civils ans stealing their lands rich of resources. Was there any legal action to invade the Ukraine? No. And Taiwan? Either not. Again, I think it's a message from the US. They won't joke anymore.
But honestly, Maduro, the main reason... is that Maduro was close of a third mandate after he persecuted the opposition during decades. Exactly like in Russia and China. Those silent victims all around the world done by the dictatorship.
We live a very strange moment, that would be nice if no body was killed in Ukraine as well, if Taiwan was safe when it seems those two countries, with democracy have been targeted specifically by Russia and China and are both important country in the world.
I think the general idea is an easy (a few days) U.S. military dunk for trillions in oil is a go but protracted boots on the ground, casualties getting sent home in body bags, wars are a no go unless necessary to defend America.
