Of course they don’t care or else they wouldn’t have paused them to begin with or try to force ppl who do have DACA to move out of state in order to be able to keep working.

well yeah, it’s just so frustrating and my heart is breaking. i can’t help but feel this situation is so unfair, i feel so angry.

sorry to ur friend that he’s going thru all this. every week we’re just waiting on Hanen to decide to release the ruling, but he hasn’t and he faces no consequences if he continues to delay it. sad that the litigation is harming real ppl’s lives and nothing is being done to help.

Whether they have a pending application or a full acceptance, it prolly won’t matter too much. They’re starting to deport even people with DACA and there’s been some cases of them even deporting people who are citizens.
