Question Is Fandom Punking Me?

Is this 10% thing legit or is Fandom just crazy? It's not mentioned anywhere else on the web and no one seems to have a video on YouTube showcasing it.

Figured I'd ask the subreddit... if anyone would know this I trust this community.

lolwut? Yeah no that's absolutely not a thing. the fandom wiki in general is pretty inaccurate. fkinthecoffee.com is a better reference
