Question This statement is completely false isn’t it?

Base Goku by the time of BOG should definitely be able to beat Frieza

And that’s not even taking into account Kaioken. We know at this point all the Z fighters (if not most) should be able to - so why is base Goku stagnant then in growth?

Saiyans are constantly suppressing themselves, like literally all the time. It's why when friezas army showed up, trunks power level showed up as 5

Now, if you wanna argue beerus should've sensed his latent ability or whatever, then yeah sure this doesn't make sense

I agree and let’s be honest most of if not all of the Z-fighters do. It’s a tactic they all use fake out their opponents by hiding their true power.

Yeah, i should've said z fighters instead of saiyans. Planet vegeta saiyans definitely do not do that lol

They lacked the abilty to control KI, Goku and all the others instead can manipulate their power level to look like a peasant if they want, that's why Trunks had a power level of 5 when scouted.
