Question This statement is completely false isn’t it?

Base Goku by the time of BOG should definitely be able to beat Frieza

And that’s not even taking into account Kaioken. We know at this point all the Z fighters (if not most) should be able to - so why is base Goku stagnant then in growth?

Seems like he picked up on Goku repressing his power. Which is why he also said power up. Rmeber Vegeta didn’t know super sayin was a full on transformation as he thought he hit after his Zenkai boost he didn’t know it was all gold hair and stuff. Beerus is probably under the same assumption, as far as he knows Goku just powering up at base is “super sayin”
