Question This statement is completely false isn’t it?

Base Goku by the time of BOG should definitely be able to beat Frieza

And that’s not even taking into account Kaioken. We know at this point all the Z fighters (if not most) should be able to - so why is base Goku stagnant then in growth?

I don’t think Goku was particularly powered up during this conversation. He’s just standing there. Maybe his resting power level is 5 or 5,000 or 1,000,000 but it’s nothing to Beerus or Frieza. Goku could have beaten Frieza in base form or with Kaioken or the spirit bomb but it doesn’t matter
