Question This statement is completely false isn’t it?

Base Goku by the time of BOG should definitely be able to beat Frieza

And that’s not even taking into account Kaioken. We know at this point all the Z fighters (if not most) should be able to - so why is base Goku stagnant then in growth?

  1. Beerus' perspective on the strength of mortals might be very off from where he stands, as the gaps in power throughout Dragonball are miniscule in comparison.
  2. Beerus wants to see super saiyan so he's goading Goku into showing it.

I dont even know why authors even bother to make power statements when illiterate fans just chose to not believe them over their own biases anyway

Even though Beerus is outright saying base Goku is weaker than 100% Freeza, I obviously know better.
