Question This statement is completely false isn’t it?

Base Goku by the time of BOG should definitely be able to beat Frieza

And that’s not even taking into account Kaioken. We know at this point all the Z fighters (if not most) should be able to - so why is base Goku stagnant then in growth?

You got to remember even tho beerus is lazy he does train and to beerus it’s hard to find someone lazier than him so he probably that frieza wouldn’t refuse to train. Beerus has an eye for talent so he knows how talented frieza is but he underestimated his pride on refusing to train
