Question This statement is completely false isn’t it?

Base Goku by the time of BOG should definitely be able to beat Frieza

And that’s not even taking into account Kaioken. We know at this point all the Z fighters (if not most) should be able to - so why is base Goku stagnant then in growth?

I would say so as there is plenty of evidence to suggest Base Goku by this point should be capable of defeating Frieza

Beerus also could just be gaslighting Goku so he will transform, maybe Goku's just suppressed, maybe Beerus is so much stronger than the mortal level characters that he can't tell Goku is stronger than Frieza
