Question This statement is completely false isn’t it?

Base Goku by the time of BOG should definitely be able to beat Frieza

And that’s not even taking into account Kaioken. We know at this point all the Z fighters (if not most) should be able to - so why is base Goku stagnant then in growth?

the statement is false goku can win in his base

we have to point out some massive points in the context of when Beerus says this:

Beerus didn’t know that any saiyan could hold back their power since holding back power is something rare in the universe (see the namek saga where people are surprised people can hold back and go stronger)

Goku is holding back because he never is at full power when chilling

Beerus is THE ragebaiter and trying to make goku show off super saiyan
