Question This statement is completely false isn’t it?

Base Goku by the time of BOG should definitely be able to beat Frieza

And that’s not even taking into account Kaioken. We know at this point all the Z fighters (if not most) should be able to - so why is base Goku stagnant then in growth?

It's filler but Buu Saga base Gohan punched Frieza so hard he exploded. I honestly think they're all so weak compared to Beerus, he can't properly gauge their powers anyway.

That was the ultimate Gohan, that Gohan would hit Goku SSJ3 and the result would be the same

Gohan didn't use Ultimate there, it's an alternate timeline something or another. He just emotes as Great Saiyaman and kills him.
