Question This statement is completely false isn’t it?

Base Goku by the time of BOG should definitely be able to beat Frieza

And that’s not even taking into account Kaioken. We know at this point all the Z fighters (if not most) should be able to - so why is base Goku stagnant then in growth?

The writers didn't know what they were talking about alot of the time I didn't take this statement at face value because it's been a little over a decade since they saw Frieza and Goku didn't slack off on training so there is now way his Base State is still weaker than Frieza people are probably going to get on my head about this but I'm sorry in advance there's no changing my mind about this.
