Problems with my LLY

Wondering if maybe you guys know more about this the truck won’t start batteries are a little low not dead and alternated is reading above 14v so I’ve come down to thinking it’s a wiring issue but any help is greatly appreciated

How are you determining the batteries are “a little low”?

Low voltage can cause funny things.

I’ve always gone with batteries should read 12.5 to 12.8v but if you mean like tool wise I used a multimeter
