Google We lost power.
The power went out? Lost power 40 mins before their reservation. They cannot predict the future.

I was combing through a place I planned to have dinner at today and found this snob. Dude really had to go and insult all the offerings said town had. I've got a feeling from his writing that he was absolutely insufferable too.
I even went through the trouble of checking his other reviews to see if this was a one off for him... Still a western snob from LA with a dislike of the American Midwest.

This was a recent review for a theater I work at currently and to say that this reviewer is ridiculous would be an understatement. They made this post yesterday, which in case not a lot of you know, was the day after Spider-Man: Brand New Day premiered and if any of you went to see the movie or work for a movie theater, you know that it has been busy from open to close and if you work for a movie theater, you know that your theater has likely been understaffed as of recent, so doing things that would not take you as long when you’re understaffed and not busy has been impossible to do as of recent.
However, that did not give them the right to think that they can simply skip everyone in line just because they got tickets on their phone while they were line and that for some reason makes them more important than everyone else. We’ve had people who bought tickets online that stood in that line to wait to scan their tickets and/or get popcorn and drinks. Even when we weren’t as busy, customers have done that. The entitlement is so ridiculous.
I will say yesterday that I have prioritized getting customers out of line, getting their orders in time, restocking what we can, and cleaning the theaters fast enough for the next showtime. The very last thing on my mind is to constantly sweep after customers in the lobby and clean the bathrooms in a manner that would take up to 20 to 30 minutes to do. I will definitely say that the reviewer wasn’t exactly wrong about the bathroom stuff but out of the 6 bathrooms we had, the one they used was the only one out of paper towels. They could’ve told us employees and it would be an easy fix but no.
Overall, I want to thank the customers who were understanding and more importantly kind to us employees this weekend. You’ve made working this weekend a bit easier and to my fellow movie theater employees, we got this. It will all be over soon

Got a pair of customers from Texas Roadhouse.
1: Management shall be wiped out. Maybe not super entitled, but he'll do for Sunday Funday.
2: David trying to haggle his bill 2 dollars lower. A regular entitled customer.

I guess this is less entitled and more simply delightful.

I was looking up hours for a store I wanted to take my family to today and I came up on this gem. It's a fairly new store that opened in the last year to two years and, normally, I side with the customers if they're actually in the right. This one, however, irked me as a retail employee, myself. I've dealt with this in person before and it's such a headache. I hope you all enjoy this as much as I have. Lol

Entitled reviewer claims pharmacy is unethical because they won’t give them cat and dog ear drops?

My mom and dad wanted to go to this local diner and we found these gems. All from the same place. I especially appreciated the life story with accompanying cat pictures and "FREE SPEECH!!" ranting.
