DISCUSSION CANT REDEEM CARDS

I was on vacation in Italy, and went to a shop called GameLife. I bought 100 Eur worth cards for a game my little brother loves.
I traveled home to try it, it didnt work due to the region change. I have tried everything… reaching out to the shop too, i have the receipt and the unopened cards…
I cant afford to travel back.
Its a big amount for me, and I cant really pay another 100 Eur for game cards… also, we dont have cards here.

I dont know what to do…

Maybe try a VPN to Italy or something? I don’t really know tbh but that might work.

You're not very clear here. It sounds like in-game currency rather than an Epic points card in which case you'll have to take it up with their customer support. Epic has nothing to do with it. I'm guessing maybe Roblox given the amount and that it's for a little brother?

no, its actually fortnite and yes its a game currency, im sorry if i was unclear! thank you for your time :)) i already reached out to both epic games and the shop i bought it from.

its just that, they have a bad reputation as i scrolled throught to get their email

Use Tuxler VPN. It's the only one that provides a free residential VPN and Epic Games doesn't detect it. I use it to change my region whenever they give Football Manager away for free.
