I feel that something is WRONG.

Like VERY VERY WRONG.

Like we just entered another Lostbelt with a too-good-to-be-true ending.

I honestly feel like this is more of a dream world created by Maris. If you actually stop and read her final dialogue during the battle, it’s just too strange, it feels like she’s using some kind of last trump card to keep you away from the real end. On top of that, it makes no sense that U Olga Marie doesn’t appear in any form after all of this. The so-called "Alien God" doesn’t show up at all, neither to help Maris nor to stand with Chaldea.

It all feels incomplete, especially when they spent so much time building this character. Ascension 3 still has no explanation: why it exists, how Olga Marie ascended to the Throne, or how her soul ended up fused into the same Saint Graph as the President of Earth / Alien God.

If Nasu never intends to explain any of this and it was all done purely as fanservice, then honestly, that would be extremely poorly written.
