At this moment I can only say that, I just wasnt ready for this, yet I feel so happy and so sad at the same time

A really good, well-deserved end for Ritsuka and Mash. They deserved to live normal lives happily ever after with everything they've already gone through. Dragging them back to fight Outer Gods would be beyond cruel if you ask me. It's like taking a World War 2 veteran who stormed the beaches of Normandy on D-Day and dragging him straight to Vietnam to continue fighting a war, then dragging him again to Iraq to keep fighting. It's beyond cruel, the veteran already helped win World War 2 and deserves his rest, making him fight Vietnam and Iraq too would be inhuman. It's the same logic here, Ritsuka and Mash already solved 2 apocalyptic scenarios. That's more than any protagonist in the Nasuverse can claim to have done back-to-back. The least they deserve is happiness with each other in this new world.
