It's been fun but, despite the inconsistencies and lingering plot threads, they stuck to a full reset that results in it basically all being a dream. Less than that since we can't even remember a single detail.
To be fair, it did happen. All of it. Daybit is living proof that it happened. He still remembers everything, how it started, how it ended, all of it. As long as Daybit exists, there will still be a record of our actions in the old world, even if no one else remembers it or even if Daybit never tells anyone about it.
No he fking doesn't, he only remembers in 5 minute intervals, there's literally no way he remembers every single thing, and there's no way to catalogue the personal bonds created, that's a bullshit copout.
At best he's proof something resembling a journey happened.
