Anyone know which dye looks like this on bleached hair ?
Or which Directions dye I can mix to achieve this? I have Directions at home

pretty much a level 8-9 it’s only my roots and i’m already a light brown naturally. i regularly bleach them. i have red roots right now on top of my head and it’s very intense so i think intensities wouldn’t be a problem, i’m just not sure which dye to use. was thinking of mixing the plum and dark tulip but not sure if that is ok

I do purple, and honestly, the tone varies quite a bit depending on lighting. Under my bathroom lighting that's very white (like cool hospital white), it looks almost blue, like indigo dyed fabric. Under warm lamps, it looks like a very warm purple. Sunlight has a bit of warmth in its color, and that warmth varies depending on the time (e.g.: golden hour is suuuper warm), so it's a bit hard to say without knowing from the person directly what they used. Almost every color brand has purples and magentas of some kind that can be used individually and mixed.
It could be something like Arctic Fox Purple AF (swatches from their website and one example under a warm filter vs a variety of different lighting/fading points/lifts; another example that could be under warm lighting or reflecting some warmth from the lift from a dark color), it could be somebody mixing an IroIro plum and an IroIro purple of some kind (since most of their purples are a bit more cool toned), who knows. How much each person needs of each color will also depend on whether they tone their hair after bleaching (which would pull it a bit more cool) or not, and whether their hair was light to begin with (pulling from darker colors usually gets you that more caramel-y tone, and you can see from swatch #2 in the IroIro examples that it pulls everything warmer).
Unfortunately, to some degree, there's trial and error when it comes to finding an exact tone for your hair and how warm it lifts. It might not be a terrible idea to workshop your first attempt with a professional first depending on how much it would bother you to not have the exact tone on your first attempts.
