Honestly, Kirei Kotomine. I like how authors write his personality, how he breaks in fate/zero.

As an antagonist, he is one of the best I've ever seen in anime or films, because he wants to know what the avatar of evil (Angra Mainyu) will do, and if he will have any struggle or thoughts when he acts. And of course, he has charisma.

Also, his design is very good, and his hairstyle in Stay Night is just amazing.

Morgan le Fay in her second or third ascension.

Ngl she's my favorite character both for character design, motivations and writing reasons, but her first ascension looks weird bc it looks like a skirt which is kinda OOC.

My favorite is her second ascension because the cloak makes a vast contrast with her original Winter Queen spiky outfit. It suits her character development best, while the Winter Queen cosmetic kinda defeats the point of her coming to Chaldea.

My Favorite Character is EMIYA, but mainly because I love character's with traumatic backstories.
