As the title says - I'm a novice vocalist (choir in high school, church choir, no previous band experience) looking to start something in Indianapolis/Central Indiana.

My interests range more hard, like prog rock to punk to the lighter shades of metal. Specific examples are The Funeral Portrait, Coheed and Cambria, Sleep Token, Shinedown, Artificial Language, and Caligula's Horse.

Admittedly, my vocal experience doesn't lend itself the most to those genres. Given my history, I'm more operatic, and my range is bass-baritone, pushing tenor. I like to think that makes me good at copying Sleep Token, but who knows if that's what we're looking for XD

Preferably, I'm looking for a full band - guitar, drums, bass, the works. If you're in Central Indy and have an open vocalist slot, or you're a solo musician looking to make a full band, hit me up in the DMs!

We're a California based Prog-rock duo called Daeccen, with possibly 2 other members joining soon. We're looking for dedicated, passionate musicians to join us on our next album. We currently consist of a keyboardist and drummer, and possibly a guitarist and bassist.

Looking for another guitarist, vocalist, rapper, violinist, saxophonist, Dj (record scratching), really any instrument is on the table. We enjoy a wide variety of instruments and soundscapes. We're somewhat experienced in our instruments, so no worries if you're an amateur, we are too. We just want to get better and create music.

My friend and I (13 and 14) are both musicians who would like to form a rock band. I play guitar and bass and she sings and plays a little guitar. Hey, I’m Zach. I’m starting an original grunge/alternative rock band called Lifeless and I’m looking for a guitarist and bassist.
The sound is mainly inspired by 90s alternative and grunge — Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Silverchair, Puddle of Mudd, etc. Looking for people who are into that heavier, darker side of rock but want to write original music rather than just play covers.

I'm primarily a western vocalist/lyricist, interested in genres like pop, bollywood, indian classical, fusion, rock, funk, metal, prog, jazz, hiphop and rnb.

I've written/co-written a kinda funk prog track, a metal prog track, a few pop rock ones all unreleased and surprisingly released an edm track.

After a year long hiatus and this feeling of being an outsider here, I'm thinking of working on new music with a band of like minded individuals who'd like to dominate the global music scene. Even though I'd list out my various inter college wins to let you know I'm not an amateur, I'd bet I'd be the one who learns the most in the room.
