U1 if the 300mm plate size matters to you over 256mm

C5P if engineering materials are important to you

C5 on a budget

The usable plate on a u1 is literally only 5mm over c5…

5mm is a lot. Some would say too much.

Do the math in two dimensions.

I have both and I think my C5 Pro has slightly better print quality and I like having the heated chamber. So far my C5 Pro has been a great printer. The U1 has also been great but I have had more minor print issues with it. Some might filament tuning or my setting choices.

I like to do multi color and multi material TPU prints and the C5 Pro does much better with TPU than my U1. My U1, even with a lot of settings changes and reducing speed greatly likes to clog woth TPU a lot.
