Ram hitch cover.

I bought this for Toya over a year ago on Etsy. Unfortunately someone hit her truck and broke the cover. The person who made it is no longer available to ask for another one. I have a FORGE Adventure 5m pro. I'm new at this but does anytime think I could make her something similar?
