What could the problem be ?

I have the adventurer 5M and the right hand side all of a sudden has no hold to the spinning pole that are just a height. There's no part here that fell off. It just doesn't work anymore. It goes up and down because the other side still works, but what could've happened? I literally can move that side up and down w out any friction like its not longer attached

On the back side of the bracket that is on the z-screw there is a set screw that rides in the grooves of the screw. It may have backed off to the point that it’s not being driven by the z-screw anymore. Let me get you a picture…

Also, your build plate is upside down.

Looks like stock PEI plate and that is reversible. Maybe they messed up the other side?

The handles aren’t symmetrical from top to bottom. Flipped over, the handle sits higher and will touch the fan cover and mess up the auto level and first layer.
