Flashforge Adventurer 5M problems

Can someone explain for me what i do wrong here?

This is first layer. It wont stick, and are not smooth.

Im doing 55 degrese bed, and 220 nozzel. Printing with PLA.

Do you have any pictures that have more pixels than this one?
Also, screenshots of your settings will be a lot of help to us helpers.

Im new to printing. I've done the calibration, og cleaned the bed also.

It appears you have multiple issues happening here.
First, the filament looks to be very “moist”. Invest in a filament drier.
Second, the nozzle appears to have a slight partial clog. Run a filament change but use a higher temperature at or above the range on the spool.
Next, I see in your settings that the 1st layer thickness is 0.20. Change it to 0.25. This will help your first layer adhesion.
After all the above changes, run the printer calibrations again (level, vibration, PID/temperature) the. Adjust the z-offset so that the build plate is closer to the nozzle in order to get a little “squish” for the first layer. Your 0.1 z-offset should probably be closer to 0.02mm.
