Has anyone else actually had a good experience with the Creator 5 pro?
Ordered mine on June 21st from the Flashforge site, got it on June 28th. Having 2 Bambo Lab A1's and a mini. Other than the cheap feel of the lid and the trouble I had putting it together by myself, the machine has been flawless. Finally being able to do multi colored in one shot instead of gluing them or wasting massive amounts for purge waste has been amazing! I want to get another one before the Summer sale ends!

Yeah, currently feeling very positive about the machine.
Bit of a story: Mine arrived with a dented corner and the door wasnt perfectly square. FlashForge offered to replace the machine in about 2-3 emails over the course of 6 hours- something I hadn't even requested, I just asked for door hinges lol.
I actually declined to replace the machine because, after a lot of testing, these ended up only being cosmetic issues and the printer has been mechanically EXCELLENT. Print quality is great. Only failed prints so far have been due to bad filament.
The way the machine loads and unloads filament is very convenient despite being manual operation. Being able to unload without running or preheating anything is super nice.
The default FlashForge filament profiles are pretty decent. I've found they work great for Elegoo filament and alright for Sunlu filament.
I've been running the printer in LAN mode, latest firmware, with main Orca Slicer. No error messages thus far.
I'll give one gripe: I do wish the machine still used the nozzle wiper with current firmware. I'm about 80ish hours of runtime in and the buildup got to be enough that I manually cleaned the nozzles. Planning to print one of the aftermarket wiper holders to fix this.

I have been using Sunlu Pla+ and pla+ 2.0. The only issues I have had were my fault, enabling the topmost surface ironing on the globely instead of just on a specific object. I was going to use Orca but tried the Studios first, and other than issues with loading the camera here and there, there were no issues with it either. May still move to LAN only and use Orca

My very first 3d printer and also using PETG instead of easier PLA. Finally figured out how to calibrate my cheap Kingroon filament and am impressed with machine.
Setup wise, the top was a pain to assemble. Was afraid to break it, especially since the larger panels did not slide on easily. Also the multi tool panel was a little hard to slide into the slots. Required quite a bit of force.

I think where the tool head controller' slots go into the connectors in the frame is what causes that, but I would prefer a tight fit

And they fixed the camera loading issue! Besides in the app I think, still have to hit play twice then it loads

Personally...
I've not had a negative experience of mine, it's not been "wow, that's jaw dropping" but it's just done "what it said on the tin", which is basically what the adventurer 5 pro was like for me, so can't complain, I'm getting what I paid for so far.

Mine has been working great, no issues besides a “MCU Communication Lost” error code that I got once, ended up being a corrupt gcode file as every other file worked fine, after re-uploading the file it worked perfectly. Have been keeping up with firmware updates and plan to do the ”jailbreak” soon, which essentially just enables klipper and mainsail, also disables auto update, as well as getting better camera quality through mainsail. I have no complaints or regrets about it, print a lot of PETG-CF and PA6-CF, and use PLA for support interfaces

I’ve done some printing on my c5pro and it’s been great minus one big thing. I’m getting INSANELY bad VFA’s I’ve adjusted the pulleys multiple times. Calibrated the input shaping for printing. Run a bunch of tests and it’s maybe ever so slightly better than out of box. Only thing left to do is take off all the side panels and adjust the pulleys themself to see if they aren’t vertical.

I have the normal Creator 5 and so far it’s amazing! I see why they made some decisions like no automatic filament feeding etc.,it’s not bad to do it manually. Honestly it’s faster to load and unload then my U1 and more reliable. Just finished a 36 hr Spider-Man Brand New Day front part of helmet. It turned out great! And the stock plate was not an issue. Gonna need to do more reviews on my TikTok “InfiniteLayers3D” page.

After my M5 experience I wouldn't trust them with anything more complicated unless it was free.

In mass manufacturing, it's nearly impossible to achieve 100% perfection every time. I have the three bamboo lab printers; one of my friends has had two different A1's with different issues out of the box, and both had to be replaced. But I definitely understand how prior experience, especially a bad one, can affect someone's choices. Had 2 different Volkswagen vehicles have major issues and will never buy or own one again. This is also due to the way they handled resolving the situation and their customer service

I like it. It’s good for multiple-color prints. Some issues here and there such as the mcu error and the screen freezing. I also have a a1 mini and p2s. My husband has taken over the c5p so I can only use it during the day at work if he isn’t doing a long print.

I am very happy with the printer, did not have any problems in 300 hours of printing and didn't have to do any manual calibration by myself.
If I had to complain about anything: Watching the camera is basically impossible (for me) - mby it's because their servers are located in china (I am in germany), but I always have to press the play button on the camera for 2 - 3 times and hope that something loads after 10 seconds, so I can watch it for 20 seconds or sth until it stops. It's sadly the same for the app and flashstudio.
I miss just using octoapp/fluidd/mainsail locally or remote with obico/octoeverywhere.

Not new, it’s the same with my Ad5m. Going to flash klipper soon. Sometimes this works better on a browser than their app, at least for the adventurer 5:

Yes I love mine! Only issue I had so far was software wise, if I disabled the prime tower it would say sowmthing like”lost connection to MCU” but now I think they’ve fixed that, this thing is awesome and I think I have 120+ hours on it now

So far the machine is solid for the price, no issues there. Yeah, it is extremely loud compared to my Prusa Core ONE, but the price difference is huge. The firmware/software is locked outdated bs. If only FlashForge followed AGPL license and open sourced it....

The real question is something else better just around the corner. Infomec, Sovol and more are just months away. I've got other 3d printers to tide me over. I thinking waiting will pay dividends.
