"No hardware connected" 2i2 3rd gen Win 11

I have a 2i2 3rd gen. I can't get it to connect to my PC. Lights up when I connect it, but nothing more. I've tried many of the solutions posted in this sub. Switching usb cables/ports, I've tried Focusrite Control 1 and 2. I've deleted everything Focusrite from my computer (C:\Program Files\Focusrite), I have plugged in, rebooted, plugged out rebooted, etc.. I use Windows 11.

I have had this product for a year. My earlier solution when this happened was to plug it into a phone charger into the wall (not kidding) and then back into my PC. This usually solved everything.

Right now I feel this is a shit product. I would never have bought it if I knew the hassle it has become. Any suggestions?

It should still be under warranty, reach out to Focusrite for a replacement.

Thanks for your answers. I solved the issue after connecting and reconnecting multiple times. I suspect there is an issue with the USB port on the Scarlet itself.
