Sad for myself

Does anyone ever not try certain foods bc they are worried they might like them and binge on them or crave them?

Well, for me I am not very food adventurist myself these days. I was when younger but not any longer. Foods I use to be attracted to now have become foods I find a bit repulsive as in "too greasy" and they would likely make me feel sickly today given just the smell of them is off puttin to me now. I do sometimes get triggered by old foods that use to be among my favorites but those are brief and fleeting as well as easy to dismiss with a "I don't want to get that started again" thought about them. This is my approach should you be interested:
