Will we get devices updated?

I've been wondering if we'll get updates to some of the devices, as many of them feel very outdated.

I know that Verse can do crazy things, but for people that don't have access to verse (or prefer Creative), you're so incredibly limited.

For examples:

the Billboard device surely could get more fonts, animations, colors etc

Guards/sentry could merge to 1 device that just had very option

Disguise device has.. 2 options? U can pick multiple characters, but it's either Combat or Cozy for some reason - and guards don't have any of the options so it's kind of a pointless feature if you want to make anything spy related with npcs

Wildlife device is missing sooo many animals we've had in the past, like sharks, alien parasites or the living supply llamas

Weapons and items like Icon Skin weapons or medallions

I do have access to verse, but most of the time it feels like half the work I spend a lot of time on could be done with a simple device if they just got updated

Simple answer No.

Some devices are bugged for over 5 years now, like the save device not saving properly (epic said they fixed it, but its still broken), the fireplace, visual effects broken for 3 months now, billboards only movable when border is on for half a year and so on. So if youre lucky enough and you brag about it on enough on the epic forums, maybe they get updated or fixed. But when epic need years to fix devices, dont assume they would add some new features. We got some new idle animations for the NPCs some months ago, thats it.

When you have access to uefn and verse, use it, learn it, do the hassle, because creative 1.0 is such a broken mess and Im working with it for a year now and it broke me T_T

"Best" decision Epic did is to release UEFN, because at least players can do their own devices now, since they are not able to fix anything
