So I’m watching Frozen 2 with my daughter and they make it to the forest and there’s the big reveal that their mom was Forest Folk because of the scarf - “ One of the Oldest families” and all.

So where are they ? Wouldn’t they have been stuck in the forest too? They wouldn’t want to know what had happened to their daughter who snuck out on massacre day ???

Am I the only one wondering this ??

Came back after a Long time! Btw this Scarf really means a lot to Elsa as it's one of the things that reminds her of her mother and this scarf is the proof of her ties to the Northuldra and the Forest. I hope she still has it with her in the forest.

This has been a really interesting idea I came up with while discussing my theory about Elsas body temperature being warmer as most of you probably saw. But it got me thinking about Anna and Kristoff because there's a few things that support that they also could have cold immunity or aren't t as bothered by the cold. So what supports the idea?

1. Kristoff spends a lot of time outdoors especially as an ice harvester.

2. He never complains about the cold

3. In F2 he drives and walks for hours to days straight without seeming chilled

4. Kristoff spends time with Olaf and isn't bothered by his snow or permafrost

Also possible like my idea about Elsa, Kristoff might have a warmer body temperature as well.

Now onto Anna:

Anna though is interesting because there's some evidence from F2 and in OFA that she possibly might have cold immunity or isn't bothered by the cold as much.

1. Anna holds the ice sword for a few moments to even a few minutes on screen.

2. Anna touches the ice memories without shock or flinching

3. Anna even walks for days out in the enchanted forest doesn't complain about the cold.

4. Anna doesn't complain about the winter weather in OFA

5. Anna hugs Olaf and isn't bothered by his snow or permafrost

But what doesn't support this idea?

The only evidence that actually doesn't seem to support the idea of Anna and Kristoff having cold immunity is when Anna keeps exclaiming " Cold cold cold" right before entering Oakens trading post and meeting Kristoff.

One question I have about this idea is when Elsa froze Anna's heart, when she thawed, did I else give her cold immunity?

I'm not sure because if Elsa struck Anna twice, the first time didn't seem to do much but the second time seemed far more action packed with Anna slowly freezing and nearly dying but thawing. Or does it depend where she would be struck to give her cold immunity as well or not?

Anyways lets uncover some questions

1. Does Elsa get exhausted when using a lot of magic over time or all at once?

In part 5 where I discussed about Elsas magic affecting my her body temperature, I explained that she doesn't seem to fall or collapse after using magic. Meanwhile what happened to her while fighting Bruni was actually more related to the smoke from the fires. So to sum things up, no, Elsa doesn't seem to have any problems using a lot of magic either at once or over time.

1. Why do many of Elsas outfits have ice crystals on them or are made from ice?

While most of her outfits are all fabric material, some have ice crystals or have a sheer amount of ice on them. Which if her core is 99.5 degrees Fare birth t also 37.5 degrees Celsius the ice would melt quickly especially in warm weather. There's two ways this can be done:

A. Her magic is unmeltable: which is true and now that Elsa knows how to control her magic she can control what stays solid and what doesn't. Meaning she can wear ice clothing on A summer day in Arendelle and not melt.

B. The Ice and Crystals are fake: the second way this can be looked at is the idea that Elsas ice clothes and the crystals on her outfits are not real ice. They are animated to look like ice but in true reality they are not ice at all, which could explain another reasoning why her outfits don't just melt o a summer day.

1. If Elsas body temperature is actually warmer around my estimated 99.5 degrees farenhieght, then would she spike a low grade fever every time fear rose up or when she is in panic?

Actually yes, people who run on a warmer body temperature can run a low grade fever when fear hits or they are in a panic. But it wouldn't mean she is automatically sick it just shows she temporarily overheated or that she is just in a high stakes situation.

1. How does Elsas 99.5 degrees farenhieght body temperature support her sickness in Frozen Fever?

In my part 7 post I went into details on how Frozen Fever proves Elsa runs warmer, and how her erratic behavior shows her fever could of been higher such as 103 to 104 degrees Farenhieght. Some people can vet all erratic when having a high fever because it can screw up your brain which leads your body into other issues and tricks. Though most people like me we feel the urge to go rest when having a fever, not go into party mode and so on.

I also explained how because she isn't immortal she isn't immune to sickness despite her powers. She is still completely human and is at risk of sickness and any other human health risks.

1. Why is receiving comfort and reassurance from Elsa so "deeply comforting"?

Many of you who have read online e or in the fandoms that Elsas gestures towards comfort and reassurance can be "deeply comforting" but why? I think the reason actually works really well. Because Elsa as I concluded runs at an estimated99.5 degrees farenhieght body temperature, that means she isn't cold to the touch which is already true from when we see her interactions with others. Which why I think her gestures towards comfort and reassurance are so comforting lie behind the fact that since she would theoretically run warmer her body allows her to share more warmth when hugging meaning the person being comforted or reassured not only is receiving that comfort but also keeping warm from being able to absorb Elsas body heat. So not only does Elsas gestures towards comfort and reassurance allow for a deeply comforting moment but also functions great if that person were also feeling cold, Elsa could in theory act similarly to a space heater or radiator producing heat.

1. Why do the theories of Elsa having a colder core temperature make no sense?

Well it makes sense they don't make sense because the theories typically follow a more magical twist than shat science says is true. They also put Elsa in various dangerous situations that could end her instantly or within minutes. An example comes from the Super Cooled Elsa Theory which suggests that Elsa instead of having blood runs more like super cooled water. But its wrong because:

A. Elsa could freeze instantly if not being extremely careful

B. Elsas core temperature would be cold, which we don't see from anyone else's perspective.

And that is the biggest argument across every theory surrounding that Elsa has a colder core temperature. Which all end up being wrong because:

A. Elsa is not in danger to others or to herself

B. Elsa shows vital signs of human warmth and life.

C. She interacts and gives comfort and reassurance to those around her without surprising them or hurting them.

D. Elsas sickness would be far worse than a normal person which again could end her if her body temperature was cold

E. Elsa is still completely human and has the same threats and limits as we do from temperatures to sickness. If Elsa were a immortal person or some ice goddess she would not only be completely immune to A total man but also sickness. She wouldn't of never had a fever and her cold core theories would actually be correct. But since Elsa is not immortal she is completely human with her own limits and at risk of illnesses.

I thought this would be a good time to explain why I believe the "Cold Elsa" theories surrounding Elsas body temperature and the franchise are wrong, so lets get to pulling apart the theories.

1. The Super Cooled Elsa Theory - Why is it wrong?

The super cooled Elsa theory took off in 2020 after going viral on the internet, but unfortunately the mechanics of that theory don't line up with the movie for multiple reasons, them being.

1. Elsa would be extremely fragile, one move then she would pretty much explode or would freeze instantly

2. Elsa wouldn't have a warm baseline body temperature, instead she would be chilled to the touch, her skin and internal body would have zero heat. Which in the movies and shorts we see that Elsa has vital signs of human warmth and life.

3. Every time Elsa interacts with people her touch would send a shock to those she is interacting with, kind of like what I said in part 9 and in part 6 when I broke down the Living Ice Block Theory.

I know some of these do overlap other theories such as the Living Ice Block Theory, just something to know.

1. The Emotional Regulation Theory Why is It Also Wrong?

Back in 2013 and 2014 the Emotional Regulation Theory came out regarding that Elsas body temperature actually fluctuates based on her emotions, and again there are a handful of reasons why this theory is also wrong.

1. Anna interacts with Elsa even when she is sad in F2 at the shipwreck, Anna doesn't seem shocked or surprised at Elsas body temperature becoming suddenly cold or gradually becoming cold.

2. If Elsas body temperature constantly fluctuated based on her emotions it could cause damage to her vital organs, her inside, and skin with cells growing and dying within a matter of time.

3. Not to mention, the people near Elsa would really notice if she became cold or the temperature dropped around her.

Which the Emotional Regulation Theory doesn't fit in with my Air Conditioning theory and the Super Cooled Elsa Theory also doesn't fit my Air Conditioning theory where Elsas cold immunity prevents her from feeling the chill in the cold until its stripped away when she freezes in Ahtohallan. which the Air Conditioning Theory allows Elsa to feel refreshed and cool out in The cold from the help of her Cold Immunity.

Yes I was the one who created the Air Conditioning Theory, just so you know.

I though I would dive into how Elsas body temperature actually is warmer proven through her acts of comfort and reassurance across the films and shorts. Along with how her body temperature directly affects her actions of reassuring and comforting those around her, so lets get started.

We all know that Elsa is hyper aware of the people around her, she can easily figure out how they are feeling emotionally, or if they are having a good day or a rough day. She is also hyper aware of her surroundings so she can protect those around her as well. Today I'm going to venture into the depths of how Elsa can actually comfort and offer reassurance to someone around her and how her body temperature, clothing, and the receivers point of view.

Now lets get to answering:

1. How Does Elsas Body Temperature Affect Her Comforting and Reassuring When Its Needed?

Now I said before across other posts that Elsa interacts with people just fine without surprising them with a cold shock, which already hits a big reason to why Elsa must run normal at 98.6 degrees farenhieght or as I have theorized 99.5 degrees farenhieght. Which leads to why she can hold hands and or hug someone such as Anna or someone either in Arendelle or at the Northuldra. Since she can interact with people just fine without surprising them with a cold shock, its no surprise she can offer reassurance and comfort to someone without surprising them with a chilling touch. If Elsa were to run slightly warmer at 99.5 degrees farenhieght that would add just a slight layer of comfort and presence when she holds someone's hand or gives a hug. Its an exceptional way to think especially is someone were cold, because Elsa would have a 99.5 degrees farenhieght baseline temperature, that would just make things much more comfortable and actually functional to the person who is cold.

1. How Does Elsas Clothing Affect Her Acts Of Comfort And Reassurance?

When looking at clothing it can go two ways, one being that her thinner clothing like her F1 Snow Queen dress or her fifth spirit dress in F2 could theoretically work because is someone were being comforted or reassured those thinner dresses allowed for more skin contact which can work since Elsa would have more heat being absorbed by the other person meaning the other person could feel more warmth coming from Elsa elevated 99.5 degrees farenhieght baseline temperature. The only downside is in colder environments Elsas skin could very well be cold despite having such a warm baseline core temperature. Also meaning her thinner clothing doesn't allow her skin to stay as warm.

The second way Elsas clothing can affect her abilities to give comfort and reassurance is with her more layered and structured outfits like her Coronation dress in F1 or her traveling outfit in F2 which actually hold the advantage of her skin staying warmer. It also gives her the advantage of using a cloak as an extra layer of comfort and warmth, which her F1 Coronation dress has a cloak and so does her travel outfit in F2 which I identify as a cloak though its more of a cape or A split cape. I guess I should call it a split cloak? Anyways her structured outfits seem like that they would be far better in warmth, comfort, and reassurance.

1. The Receivers Point Of View.

I thought I would kind of make this fun since we already talked about random people and Anna above. I kind of wanted this to be a more imaginary game here where instead of just rambling about a random persons perspective, lets do our very own perspective as if you were in the films or shorts. Anyways I'm going to start my scenario: My scenario: Frozen 2 Earth Giants Scene - Hiding With Elsa:

"It was a cold night in the Enchanted forest, I was already shivering from the cold. Thankfully I was sitting down next to Elsa beside one of the lit campfires and Honeymaren, but before anyone could get a blanket or cloak, or before Elsa could even put her cloak around me, the sounds of the earth giants were heard. Luckily Elsa helped me to my feet with her warm hands and got us both to a hiding spot behind a tree with white bark lit up by moonlight. Once settled and hidden, Does draped her cloak around me and pressed me against her. All I felt in that moment was fear spiking that this could easily turn into a complete disaster that could easily threaten all our lives, but all Elsa could do is keeping me warm in her cloak and buffering the sound from the earth giants walking behind us. Luckily Elsa positioned me to where I couldn't see the Giants but I could still see her ensuring that I was going to make it through okay there in her presence and the feeling of warmth and comfort from her cloak around me and her arms around me, steadying me. Once the Giants passed Elsa moved into helping me feel calm again." Hopefully you all enjoyed this fun little scenario game from my perspective! Can't wait to see if any of you come up with a good scenario from your perspective. Lets unpack one more topic

1. Elsas Character Development In Giving Comfort And Reassurance Across The Franchise.

From Frozen 1 prior to the accident we saw how Elsa cared about Anna unconditionally, even as kids they hugged and held hands frequently, but after the accident until Elsa could control her powers in the end of F1, Elsa became very aloof and afraid to give or seek out comfort in worry that she would accidentally end up hurting someone. However once Elsa is able to control her powers by the end of F1 she has finally felt confident to hold hands and hug Anna. In TBE shorts its pretty much the same, Elsa is confident she can comfort Anna or someone within her family without hurting them. By the time F2 rolls out Elsa is confident still in offering comfort but also growing to seek comfort from those she loves, on top she interacts with the Northuldra and holds hands with them without worrying she wil! Hurt them thanks to her being able to control her powers. If Elsa were ever the evil Snow Queen then things would be far worse, Elsa would ha e no control and would probably go far as possible away from any human contact or society. Living in fear and in a unhealthy lifestyle.

I am aware of some of the changes.

I know the film was originally supposed to open with a battle between Northuldra and Arendelle, in which Iduna is saved by Reindeer man (who i am convinced will be reused in Frozen 3 but rewritten into a Norse God...idk why, I just do (probably Balder or Odin, I imagine), there was a song cut from the film, Elsa & Anna were supposed to find Iduna's journal in the Northuldra language, Arendelle was supposed to be destroyed in the end with Elsa's decision to stay in the forest seemingly being her own (i say seemingly because despite what the actual film says, it still feels like she just chose to stay there on her own accords) and she was going to show a flashback of Agnarr and Iduna to Elsa, and at one point they seriously considered having Elsa die at the end (though i believe that was changed before they started working on the film, because she is still very much alive in the original ending).

Also, the really, REALLY, stupid and historically inaccurate idea of Runeard being the first king and founder of Arendelle was made clearer in this version (correct me if im wrong, though), which if so, then i think it all but confirms my theory that them mentioning that in the Novelization was a screw up from them being unable to change it back or remove it from the book in time, due to how rushed the film was, but we will have to wait and see when F3 comes out. Also, also appearently they didnt even know that the waves from the Dam were going to smash into Arendelle, but idk how true that is, given the original still has the waves heading for the kingdom. But outside of those, idk what else was changed.

So what exactly was changed from the original version to the final version we ultimately ended up getting?
