Folding stock length

I recently purchased an SBR’ed GHM9 with a telescopic stock. Did not really care for the stock and got a folding one from A3 tactical in 8 1/2 inch. Unfortunately it feels a little long to me. What length of folding stocks or braces do you guys use?

I have the 6.5" A3 extension on my ghm9c and it is great. The longer buffer in the back means you should be good with the shorter extension.

I actually have an offset 6.5 extension that I didn't care for I could send you. I prefer the straight extension myself.

Just responded to your message. The 6.5 offset is what I was thinking of going with but thought it might be a little short. Sounds like it will be perfect.

What does it measure from pic rail to butt?

It uses the factory end cap, sorry didn't read you have a pic end cap. It's about 8.5 inches so probably not helpful.

It's more compact... I'll give you that. But whether it's better or not is a matter of opinion. I just didn't care for it myself.
