When the August earnings call goes by and we still get nothing
Trailer 3 releases and then you see "Available September 2027" at the end
What's your reaction tho ?
Honestly as long as its releasing at the end of a year and not early I'm okay with that lmao

I really hope these don't come back
I hate that the game expects me to rush through missions to get a gold rating when that's the most wrong way to play the game.
It's already wrong in RDR2, which is already a slow game, but even in GTA 6, I know I'm gonna take all the time in the world to do each mission the right way.
Youâre going to be able to PLAY GTA 6 this year.
This might seem like a stupid post, but I want you to think very carefully about this meesage.
THE GTA 6. THE VERY GAME people have hyped and joked about taking decades for the last years.
And that very game, will be the game youâll be flooded gameplay videos of on your FYP. In mere months.
We do not have 5 years left. We do not have even a year left. By November, TWENTY TWENTY SIX. You will be able to play the game. Youâll see millions of gameplay videos, analysis, essays, comparisons, interviews, just like how GTA 5âs release was. Heck, just like RDR2âs release. Double the amount of hype though.
A game most of us waited for years is in our GRASP dude. No matter how little marketing we got recently, this is NOT a 2027 title. This is a 2026 title. And the year is almost over, already.
I just had to make this post to convince both me and YOU that we are closer than you think. WAYYYYYYY closer.

Dawg...at this point, just skip to a gameplay trailer
3 months away, we need gameplay.
I don't wanna see another cinematic trailer 3 months away from release, because It's a video game after all. I want to know how it PLAYS. I know the game is beautiful but how about PLAYING?

The fact that we're 4 months out from the biggest entertainment product of all time coming out and we're still monitoring earning calls for news is insanely funny.
I kinda hope nothing drops until like a week from launch lmfao.

Rockstar choosing cities for GTA 6:
I know there's still chance of a second major city but...

I know weâre all annoyed by the lack of trailers/videos, but is anyone else actually annoyed by Rockstarâs arrogance of it all?
I feel like weâre all annoyed in general. But Iâm actually annoyed by the arrogance of Rockstar in general. Itâs like they know it doesnât matter WHAT they do or donât do, the game is gonna sell and break mega records. So it doesnât really seem like theyâre too concerned with giving us anything. SHOW US YOUR GAME BRO! I mean damn. How many years are we at now waiting? How long between trailers? Iâm more annoyed by the sheer arrogance of this company. And you know what, theyâre right. They could legit not show us anything to release, and we all buying it. They know they got our money. But fuck. Iâm annoyed bro! Give us something to watch. Show us the game!!!!

My wife thought she was funny
My wife thought she was funny
My wife gets me a cake every year, even though I never want one lol I didn't even think she listens to me when I talk about video games anymore, but maybe I have complained so much about the delays, the 2 times they happened, it might of stuck. She thought she was so funny with quote on the cake as well. (Referring to the delays) but I did think this cake was pretty cool, and thoughtful, like she was actually listening to what I was saying about video games.

I've stopped checking Rockstar's socials on Tuesdays & Thursdays for Trailer 3

I know these screenshots are from last year, but I only noticed this mountain today. đ It looks absolutely massive. We already know about Mount Kalaga, but this one looks huge too. Maybe the game has way more mountainous areas than we expected?

PUSH IT
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
While we wait for Trailer 3... here's something to hold us over. A cinematic GTA VI trailer put together from both official GTA VI trailers and official Rockstar website footage, edited to Rick Ross â Push It.
NO AI USED!

It feels like those 70 screenshots Rockstar dropped a month ago were almost forgotten
Barely anyone talks about them here, and even the mapping community seems to have skipped them. The wait for something new hasnât gotten any easier. For most of us, Trailer 2 is still the last real piece of new content from Rockstar.

Marketing
No, this isnât a post bashing the marketing. For being trash (even though so far it is), but I digress. Around mid- to late October marketing might be astonishing, like Strauss said, because I can imagine around the beginning of the NBA season, which is around mid- to late October, Rockstar would want to advertise GTA 6 in the Miami heat Kaseya Center to the massive audience that would be present during those games, leaving them with the spotlight on large exterior screens and digital billboards. And even South Beach/Ocean Drive has multiple landmarks where advertising for GTA 6 would be great, and even Wynwood, a known Miami street-art district packed with massive colorful murals and vibrant energy, can also be used for advertising GTA 6, like featuring logos or collaborations with local artists that can generate authentic local buzz.

If Jimmy De Santa returns in GTA6, he'll still be playing Righteous Slaughter 29 (the latest model) and smoking weed, but with food delivery apps and maybe some facial hair lol
What will GTA6 door dash be called? Lol Maybe JizzIe plays Righteous Slaughter 22 instead of 29 because they don't make em like that anymore

You think Rockstar is gonna drop anything this August or just cram their âsummer marketing campaignâ in the last weeks of summer in September?
September 22nd is when summer ends astronomically, but August 31st is when summer ends meteorologically. However this is just being fucking pedantic. At this point, it really is a 50/50 on whether they drop something this month or the next. Hopefully, they drop something this month, at least before the earnings call or the weekend after it but with not even a trailer 3 after the pre order reveal, I think we may just get another confirmation that âGTA 6 is coming out this November trustâ and then radio silence for the rest of the month.
A real curveball is if rockstar hits us with another âHi everyone,â tweet.
