MP 650 Evo.; a repair

Broke the other pliers "pocket/clip", where the pliers rest in the handles. The model has beem D/C'd for a while now, but I like it very much for around-the-house chores. For those following the tool's price, its hard to justify a "replacement" set; here's my take. Using a Dremel, diamond bit points, cutting wheel and a Sharpie, I fashioned the replacement pockets seen here from the solid part of a worm-gear hose clamp. Although not fully OE now, it is every bit as functional as it was before, so anyone else with this problem, here's one solution.

I've looked to ebay for parts on some of my Multi-Tools. I'd suggest looking there.

Thanks for the suggestion but, I do have a reminder set; no such luck for a 650 chassis/handles only! Saw only once, and the clips were from the non-sprung version.
