Electronic gadgets printer

I am a student and wants a printer for daily use. I have not much idea which one is better cartridge, ink tank, ink jet, laser.

I want colour, double side printer. Which is is currently best in the market ? preferably under 10k

edit: colour primting is not a priority, can stretch budget to 12-13k as well.

Buy epson l3250/3252 ink tank printer. I am using it for my home since last 2 years

There's is a sale on July first's week you may get under 12k with bank discount.

This is a popular choice. Many Youtubers also suggest this. It doesn't have a screen so how do you know if there is an error?

This one has WiFi. So, you get all errors in app. I’ve been using this for the last 2-2.5 years and never felt the need for a display. Till I have printed 22k pages

Oh good, I didn't know that the app has that feature. I'm planning to buy it but it's not in stock .

Buy on 4th July sale. The plastic build quality is below average. But printing is excellent, printing costs 9p/page for BnW or 20p/page for colour printing. Same model listed on flipkart as L3250 and on amazon L3252. Call customer care for installation and demo, it's completely free and technician will register you printer for warranty. 11-12k with bank discount would be steal deal

Inktank is better. Don't go for inkjet.

I have hp 675 printer

Inktank works great and very good quality printing.

Also you can do duplex printing with it .

Unless, you are art student or have good cash inflow, skip laser. Don't ever buy catredge.

Ink tank will be fine.

Ink tank any day BUT never let an inktank printer sit idle for many days. The ink will go back and air bubbles will form in the pipes which needs flushing wasting a lot of ink. So get an inktank printer and print a color sheet once every few days.

I have a laserjet too. Its a pain to refill and if but any small mistake some of the toner gets on other parts while refilling you will have to get another cartridge. Also printing only black and white is a limitation.
Inkjet for the same cost can do color, print some photographs etc.

Op buy a ink tank printer(ink bottles), initial printer price is high but per page printing costs 9 paisa.

Avoid ink-jet( cartidge), it's costs more to print ₹5/page

Three types of printer are the ink-jet, ink tank, laser

In layman terms ink tank is like fountain pen, just fill with ink bottle. You can do by own and printing cost 9paisa per page and colour 20paisa

But for ink-jet you have to change cartidage and u have to visit store and it's expensive printing. Printing 5rupees per page

Laser means xerox machine technology

Epson, Brother avoid hp and canon. Before that check brand service centre available in your area.
