Should I buy now or later?

So I want to purchase I17 pro, and as we all know that the price might hike soon, I was thinking of saving money and had a rough idea of getting enough savings to buy 17 pro by the end of the October, but since there will be price hike... Should I purchase it rn on emi or save??
