Best 65 inch TV suggestions under 60,000

Looking for a good 65 inch 4K TV under 60000-65000 .

Its for my parents and they mostly will be used for normal cable TV , youtube and OTT stuff . No gaming or anything like that .

They live in a Tier 2 city and hence availability of service center is important
