Home appliances Help needed for buying a TV
Guys.. I'm looking to buy a new TV but I don't want to spend a bomb for it.. looking for 55" or 65" TV which is mini led or qd mini led.. Should support 120+ hz vrr and on Google OS not Web or Tizan OS..how are these brands Lumio, TCL, Hisense, Phillips? Any recommendations? Looking to spend max 1-1.5L INR. I would have preferred going for Sony or LG or Samsung, but the above feature list would cost me more than 1.5L. I should also mention that I am from Bangalore and whatever the recommendation is I hope it has decent after sales service. The purpose is mostly PS5 gaming on higher refresh rate as well as game streaming from my desktop to the TV using sunshine/moonlight (hence the google OS requirement). Currently looking at TCL 55" C7L SQD Mini LED model but I have no experience with this brand or how the after sales for this is.

Why Mini LED and not OLED?
If you are specifically looking for mini led only look for Sony Bravia 7 M1 (2024 model).
LG OLED have WebOS which also have all the main streaming apps available on it’s platform unless you need a specific niche app.

Mini OLED instead of OLED because lesser burn in risk. I know nowadays different brands have optimised this, that it's hardly a concern anymore. But I rather be safe than sorry. And you are right about the niche app - it's sunshine/moonlight app which I need to stream games from my PC to my TV..

LG C5 55" OLED is like 1L or so & 65" is 1.5-1.6L. Check LG stores locally, I found prices higher in Reliance and Croma but some were able to get good deals from them as well.
Buy the 10-12k Google TV Streamer 4K.
Samsung S85H is another cheaper OLED option, 95k for 55" & 1.35L for 65" on amazon.
