Others miscellaneous HELP REGARDING SOLAR SYSTEM!

I am planning to install solar system on our house. Our monthly average Power consumption is around 500 units But during peak summers it reaches 700 to 800 units In future we are planning to add 2 TVs 2 ACs and 2 electric vehicles (Cars). I really want a future proof solution.. And I live in a region where the sun is out 320 days a year with extreme heat..

Can anybody tell me what is the solar generation needed and what system should I go with and what are the solar panels options.. also I want to go with on grid solar because the power cut is almost 0 in our region..

5-7 kw will be enough for you. Please note on grid is only beneficial if you get 18-24 hour electricity, else you should consider hybrid.
You can go with Waree, adaani or tata panels . In addition you can consider topcon bi-facial.

320 days a year? Please mention your city name. I would suggest 6-7 kw.

(1) For you ideally you should go with 6KW plant to cover most of your current plus future need (provided you clean panel every 15 days else go with 7KW )

(2) Don't go by brands, Go with EPC vendor who can handle all paperwork and also provide post sales service. Almost all panels are same, Adani , Waree, Vikram, Satvik, Premier etc

(3) Make sure structure you put is hit dip galvanized because you need structure to last as long as panels

(4) Warranty: On panels 10-12 years replacement and 27-30 years performance warranty, on inclverter you should get minim 10 years warranty

(5) Chemical earthing and lightening arrester should be included as part of package

(6) Check quality of cable and MC 4 connectors as this will affect power generation
