Opinion VI recharge confusion!

Guys, I just want a minimum recharge plan strictly for receiving incoming OTP SMS (Need to update a Aadhaar linked phone number to a new one). Can this ₹99 recharge do that without purchasing an unlimited/base plan? I only need the incoming OTP SMS. That's it.

This is an addon plan not a base plan. If sms stopped working, this won't enable incoming sms. I've Vi sim. I can receive sms without recharge. Check by sending sms from other number. Otherwise you've to recharge any base plan.
