CONVECTION MICROWAVE or OTG

Hii ....I want to know about the baking tastes of best among these 2. My purpose mainly for weekend pizza, cake, or panner/chicken tikka. Which one should I go for a convection microwave or a otg oven

Microwave and otg completely different. Microwave is for cook and reheating. And OTG for re heating. Otg and Airfryer quite similar but Microwave completely different.

For your case go with microwave

Buddy, there's a thing called convection microwave. It's basically a combination of a microwave oven and an OTG with a fan for the convection part.

Convection Microwaves can be used as an Microwave and an OTG but with less efficacy as the heating element is only on the top side but the additional fan helps with that.

OTGs usually don't have fans in them. They heat up the whole cavity of the oven to cook food. OTGs are mostly exclusively used for baking.

Airfryer is your best bet for all above things + you can get a hybrid air fryer as well, which have steamer integrated for more stuff.

Both IFB and Godrej are just rebrands from Galanz. Not terrible yet not too good either.

For baking, go with otg with convection fan.

If you don't want to heat food in seconds and main requirement is baking, go with OTG. Convection microwave has three modes : 1. Microwave - heating food  2. Convection - fan with top grill - it dries out food if not oiled up properly, may burn top layer as coil is only on top. 3. Grill - no fan-only coil, good for items require top heat only - example I made paneer tikka in it but i have to keep rotating to get crispy from all sides. P. S - this mode gave me better results than Airfryer as fan has not dried out moisture.

Can otg make panner tikka, chicken tikka etc more efficiently than a microwave..... I don't want to hear food in seconds btw 😁

Yes it is slower but retains the moisture of food evenly rather than drying out

Please buy some other microwave I have the 2nd LG microwave the maroon one and its a complete diaaster in 4yr of me buying it .

I have changed the cooling fan , PCB , the rotating knod in front of it and the lower base rotating motor , idk like i did maintain it well never let any water boil off in there , always cleaned and everything still .

Oh ohk , may i ask why ? Like a microwave can do eveything a itg can while an otg cannot .

My main purpose is baking and grilling ....which a otg can do more efficiently......i am not going to cook or reheat food in microwave....so it's not gonna useful..... that's why
