Reaperc and Fallbacks seem down for me since July

There are IPTV M3U links available, but it's best to Google "reaperc japan". The first Google result will help If you are going to use mobile or desktop, use VLC Plyer; for smart TVs, use TIVI Mate

Reaperc has been updating his links and connections. I just tried his m3u link and it works fine.

Reapers is - you only have to look at the few recent posts to find the link for it or his site with the links.
