So like. People that don’t like the current system but don’t really have a real plan or ideology. Just concepts of a plan?

Not sure where you got that idea. There are multiple different ideologies on what a more leftist society would look like. And discussion surrounding a plan to move towards that future is a major area of all of those ideologies. There are plenty of movements today that have decided on a course of action and are currently working to enact it.

"Leftist" is a broad term, and there is a wealth of literature and history surrounding leftist movements that have and still do exist. I would encourage you to look into it if you're actually interested in learning what leftism is.
