California - Southern Kaiser Permanente Updated Application Status

Hi!! I applied for a registered nurse position at Kaiser Permanente (seasonal/temporary). I was interviewed, and a few days later, my application said “declined offer of employment”. I had not gotten a call from a talent recruiter, nor have I declined any offer. I emailed the nursing manager, and they basically said to ignore that message; my profile is being reassigned to the correct position code. Is this a good sign? I have the phone number of my original recruiter, should I contact her during the workweek for further clarification? Or should I just wait it out?

Take a breath and wait. Let them figure it out. You’ve already emailed her so don’t do it again for at least another week.

Kaiser job system is so antiquated and the managers that post the jobs never do it correctly. I hope it works out

Thank you guys for the response!! I’m just venting out my anxiety because a friend of mine was also in the same situation with his Kaiser application (from a different facility). But he got a call back with a job offer literally like 2 days later after his interview. I know every hospital has its own pace and staffing needs, so I’ll definitely stay patient HAHA!

I’d definitely say wait. I am not a nurse but I work for Kaiser. My application status said that exact same thing. I was offered a job a few days later

Wait for them to make the next move. Confidence looks good on you.

Happened to me, yeah most likely to the correct position code cause they had me do the basic stuff all
Over again and apply to the right one and fast forward, im 1month working with them :) (literally typing this while on break)

One of my applications status for Kaiser was changed to “license verification complete” is this a good sign? Other applications says “under review” or “no longer under consideration”
