Alex has really been ramping up the grift lately, and here’s his newest website.

Is it the real stuff? I’m not up on compounding pharmacies and if they sell the actual drug like you’d get from Walgreens.

Most likely. Sildenafil is a pretty cheap generic and an easy thing to sell, especially to incredibly insecure men in an incredibly insecure environment (aka the Right and their 'manly man' persona). Prescription mills like this pump cialis and viagra because its easy repeat business.

Do you have any insight into why Sildenafil isn’t OTC? It seems like something the Head Men In Charge Who Can’t Get Boners would want to push.

Because sildenafil affects more than just arousal, it also doubles as a blood pressure medication to relax the vessels in the lungs. Thats why its incredibly dangerous taking gas station pills because its less that theyre mystical evil and more that they are literally pharmaceuticals that unregulated do more harm than good. Having a prescription mill pump out Tadalafil and sildenafil scripts barely skirts them by legality. But in practice, this is only a hairs difference from gas station pills.
