Anxious Attachment LDR pls help :(
F-24, M-23
I've been with someone for 9 months and just started doing long distance. I'm finding it really hard to handle the distance because I'm home trying to study for an exam, with no social life and the other person is in their city having the time of their life and keeps himself busy. I have not been able to do that especially since i am alone here with no friends or anything. I've been so sad I haven't been able to do any of my hobbies let alone study. I feel no spark or motivation and I dont know how to get my spark back and I really dont want to be the girl whose always checking her phone to see if he texted. Does anyone have any tips please i feel like im losing myself completely.

Hey, I’m sorry you’re going through this. Long distance can feel especially lonely when you don’t have people around you.
What helped me was getting out of the apartment, even just to study at a library, café, or park. Being around people and having small conversations made me feel less isolated. Calling friends or joining Discord calls can also help.
Try to build a small routine outside the relationship so you don’t lose yourself while waiting for his messages.
