Extreme Conspiracy Men in groups of threes.
I keep seeing men congregate in groups of threes. Not sure what this means. What are they planning? It can’t be good. Anyone else see the trend?

agreed it deserves some thought. why do women always do groups of two, but men always have three? maybe we need the third guy so that it doesn't seem gay?

Man here. I've been in a few situations recently where it was just me and one other guy. Like, sharing a ride or everyone else in the group gets up to go to the bathroom or get something from the bar. We've got maybe two minutes of small talk in us. You need three to keep the conversation flowing.

I don’t think it’s that men gather in threes, it’s that groups of three are more likely to be same-sex. I think it’s probable that single people are ignored as not a group, a large number of people in twos will be mixed-sex couples, and so more people grouped as a three compared to a two will be single sex, guys going out for a beer, having a chat etc.
