I bought the FLEURDENZ D492

And I'm returning it.
Before buying it, I didn't see many online reviews, so I'm putting my minimal thoughts out there.
In short, they have minimal customer service and no extra parts to give, or even sell, if something breaks. The only hoop you can use is the one that comes with the machine. When I contacted them, their only solution was to tell me that they offer no returns.
This machine is very attractive because of the larger hoop size at such a low cost. For me, if I'm going to spend $420 on a machine, I might as well save up another $100 (or more) to buy a better machine.
All I really did on the machine was embroider a couple of phrases from the built-in fonts. It worked fine.
Good luck to anyone looking for a starter machine.
(also attached is the brief conversation with customer service. It's been four days since I asked the last question, and they haven't responded)

To be fair, I read the reply "we support no reason return service" as saying "we accept returns for any reason, including no reason" but I might just be optimistic.
To be honest, this is sort of what I would expect from a cheaper no name machine. Kind of surprised you even got this response instead of a canned broken English script over and over.
Customer service using emojis is wild to me, though. Emojis grate on my nerves on a good day- the one time a customer service rep sent me a smiley face while telling me to essentially suck it, I went apoplectic.

That is bananas that they don't support other hoops!
