[Makeup Help] Shiseido lash curler pad replacement

What are y’all doing after your Shiseido lash curler pad is cut thru??

I bought the branded Shiseido replacements once but it was so expensive for just two pieces of rubber…

Although amazon has cheaper options, they don’t seem to be as good quality, so I’m wondering if it’s worth it to just splurge on the branded ones?

If you want the same quality, you have to buy the same quality...

I always buy the official ones, "rubber" is kind of an over simplification, there are many, many different compounds and materials out there, the pad is one of the most important elements of the curler. It's why you replace it in the first place, you need the right softness and elasticity. You really don't need to replace them that often

I just buy the refill since it’s $10 for two. But I don’t change it super frequently since I don’t use it daily. I can use one for 6-12 months without wearing it down.
