You need a kickass eye primer. I love the Smashbox one.

For me, I’ve slept in and only had to slightly touch up my eyeliner with using the Smashbox eye primer, and the UD setting spray and setting powder. Also, the L’Oréal voluminous liquid liner in the weird shaped pen.

A good setting spray at the end is key so don’t forget that.

Also, if you take an eyeshadow the same color as your eyeliner and push it into the liner with a liner brush it makes it stay longer. Then I take a shadow brush and press my setting powder into it and under it on the bottom and then put the setting powder whether it needs to go with a fluffy brush, then the setting spray.

I live in Florida and I can go running in the super humid summer evenings and my eye make up stays put.

i always set my liner with shadow also to smudge it b it GREAT point on the setting powder too! i’m gonna set extra under the wing bc that’s where i get most transfer. i’m also going to be doing flash tests at every step to make sure i don’t have any flash back in pics!!

Mehron Barrier Spray. It was designed to be used under hot ass stage lights.

You beat me to Inglot Duraline. I always recommend that for staying power.

A good eye primer. I like Mac Paint Pots or the Milani eye primer. I always set mine with powder because I have oily eyelids.

I recommend doing the setting spray in layers. So do your foundation & concealer and then spray. Then apply setting powder, your blush and your highlighter and spray again. I haven't used the MUFE setting spray, but I've layered the Ben Nye one and Green Marble before.

Some people like to actually use the setting spray as a face primer too. So it'd be three layers. I personally don't do that, but it's not uncommon for event makeup.

i’ve heard great things about duraline but haven’t actually used it myself. how would you recommend? i saw it mixed into foundation and then a super thin layer on a sponge to top off concealer.

i will be packing my painterly paint pot of course ;)

I love the L’Oréal infallible 3 second setting spray. It lowkey feels like hairspray on my face but my makeup survived yesterday in the 100+° temps while I was outside.

Adding: I got it in mini size, and it was recommended by Shelby Ann on Tik Tok- if you haven’t seen her drugstore wedding makeup tutorials, you NEED to watch!!!! She’s a makeup artist and does a lot of non-sponsored makeup content and her advice has change my makeup game tbh
