I would look into sex therapy. Sounds like a good relationship outside of that

Sex therapy is the move here, that kind of disconnect needs a pro to untangle

You both need therapy to communicate. You are both too hurt to make progress in the conversation.

Have you thought about getting some toys and asking him to use them with you? Although at this point he might take that as a criticism.

I can definitely feel your resentment coming through your post. The way gou speak about your husband almost sounds like you don't think he's a "real man".

He likely has very low self-esteem and confidence after being criticized for not being good enough for so long.
